| All the students of above mentioned batches are informed that the CONVOCATION is likely to be held in the month of June' 2011. Certificates will be awarded to the students who have successfully completed their respective programmes as per ICMT policy. The Institute will intimate the exact date of the Convocation to you separately. Students have to fill the convocation form and have to the pay fees (wherever applicable) along with convocation forms at Institute. |

| HOW TO SUBMIT A CONVOCATION FORM :- |

Required Document Are :
• Xerox copies of Mark-Sheets
• Cash payment or Demand Draft. (wherever applicable) |

| How to Pay the Fees : |
|
• Students can pay their fees by DD or Cash. DD should be in favor of “ICMT” Payable at “Jodhpur” (KEEP A XEROX OF DD FOR YOUR REFERENCE) |
|
• Fees will be accepted at Account Section, between 10.30 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. & 02.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) |

| How to Submit : |
| Students can submit their form with prescribed fees on or before May 25th, 2011. The forms will not be accepted after the date under any circumstance. |
